Cancellation Policy

BASICS Scotland applies a cancellation policy to every course. The policy is included on each course application form and can be found below.

PHEC & PHPLS courses

• Full refund given if cancelled 6 weeks prior to course
• Cancellations received between 2-6 weeks before the event are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% plus an additional £35 administration fee.
• In certain circumstances, BASICS Scotland would be willing to waive the administration fee incurred during the 2-6 week cancellation period if course material is returned as new, however this is at BASICS Scotland’s discretion.
• If a cancellation is received within 2 weeks of the event, or the participant fails to attend, the full event fee is payable.
