The BASICS of Challenging Scenes and Situations virtual conference took place between 1st – 3rd March 2022. Our panel of guest experts take you through the best practice when dealing with challenging scenes and situations. Please note: This is not a course. You will be purchasing access to the recordings from this event for a period of 1 year.
We were joined by a wide range of clinicians, experienced emergency responders and subject matter experts. The aim of the conference was to provide you with tools and techniques which will enhance your practice when dealing with the wide range of challenging scenes and situations that you may come across in the pre-hospital environment.
During the three nights of education we shared best practice, clinical guidance and personal experiences with you to develop your knowledge, skills and preparedness.
Participation in this course does not constitute a certificate of competence nor a licence to practice as further training is recommended and you may not be authorised to use these skills within your employment.
Participants are themselves directly responsible for establishing that their capabilities requisite to their clinical setting – this is essential in the interests of patient health and safety.
